Terms of service

Last updated: 12 August 2026

These terms apply when you use Yumevo as a tenant — the business operating an account at yumevo.com and connecting messaging or calendar channels. By signing in to a Yumevo dashboard (including with Google) or connecting a channel, you agree to them.

What we provide

Yumevo is an AI-assisted customer-conversation platform. We provide:

Google Sign-In and Calendar

Google Sign-In and Google Calendar access are optional. If you connect them, you authorize Yumevo to use your Google identity to open your workspace and, where Calendar permission is granted, to create, update, and delete events related to your bookings. You are responsible for which Google account and calendars you connect. You may revoke access at any time through Google Account permissions or by contacting us. Use of Google user data is described in our Privacy policy.

What you agree to

You agree to use Yumevo only for lawful business communications. Specifically, you will not:

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal basis (consent, contract, or other lawful ground) to message any individual. Yumevo enforces channel-specific compliance windows (for example, Meta's 24-hour customer-service window) but cannot judge whether you originally had consent to the conversation.

AI drafts and auto-pilot

Drafts produced by the AI are suggestions. You are responsible for what is sent on your behalf. When you promote a pattern to auto-send, replies of that pattern fire automatically — and you remain responsible for those replies, with the same legal effect as if you had sent them yourself. The system retains a full audit trail and lets you demote any pattern back to manual at any time.

AI drafts can contain errors, including factual errors. We encourage you to review each draft until you trust the pattern. The 5-approvals-across-5-days threshold for auto-pilot eligibility is a starting heuristic, not a guarantee.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend your account if we reasonably believe you are violating these terms, abusing the messaging channels, or putting our infrastructure at risk. We will give you notice where possible and a reasonable opportunity to cure, except where the violation is severe (illegal content, active abuse, security breach).

You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Your data is retained for a 30-day grace period during which you can request a full export, then deleted as described in the Privacy policy.

Disclaimers

Yumevo is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI drafts will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yumevo's aggregate liability arising from or related to the service (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or SGD 100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Yumevo against claims arising from messages you send through the platform that violate these terms or applicable law.

Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Yumevo.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and, for active tenants, notified by email. Continued use of Yumevo after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
