Privacy policy

Last updated: 14 August 2026

Yumevo ("we", "us"), available at yumevo.com, provides booking and operations software for service businesses (inbox, calendar, messaging, and optional Google Calendar sync). This policy explains what data we handle, how it's stored, who it's shared with, and how to ask for it to be deleted. It applies to two audiences: tenants (the businesses that use Yumevo) and the end customers whose messages and bookings flow through it.

Who controls what

For each tenant's data, the tenant is the data controller — they own the relationship with their customers and decide what gets recorded. Yumevo is the data processor — we run the software, store the data, and delete it on request. If you're an end customer who messaged a service business that uses Yumevo and you have questions about your data, you can email us directly at [email protected] or contact the business itself; both routes lead to the same outcome.

What we collect

From end customers (when they message a tenant via a channel Yumevo is connected to):

From tenants (the operators):

From the demo lead form on this site: name, email, years in business, an estimated annual-revenue band, and self-declared industry. Used to route the visitor to the most relevant demo and follow up.

What we don't collect

How we store it

Who we share it with

To deliver the service, customer message content is shared with the following sub-processors:

We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers, or any party not listed above. We do not let one tenant see another tenant's data.

Google user data

When a tenant chooses Google Sign-In and/or connects Google Calendar, Yumevo accesses Google Account data only as needed to operate those features:

Yumevo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train generalized AI/ML models.

You can disconnect Google access at any time via your Google Account (Third-party access) and/or by asking us to revoke the connection at [email protected]. After disconnect, we stop calling Google APIs with your tokens and delete stored Google OAuth tokens; booking history in Yumevo remains subject to the retention rules above unless you also request account deletion.

Meta platforms data (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram)

When a tenant connects a messaging channel operated by Meta Platforms — WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram — Yumevo receives and processes platform data only as needed to run that tenant's inbox:

We do not use Meta platform data for advertising, do not sell it, do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models, and do not share it beyond the sub-processors listed above. Each tenant's channel data is visible only inside that tenant's workspace.

Tenants can disconnect a channel at any time from their platform settings (Facebook/Instagram Business Integrations, or WhatsApp Business tools) or by emailing [email protected]; we then stop processing messages from that channel and delete the stored credentials. Deletion of stored messages and profiles follows the steps on our data deletion instructions page.

How long we keep it

Your rights

If you're an end customer:

If you're a tenant: you can access, export, or delete any data in your account through the dashboard. Cancel by emailing [email protected].

How to contact us

Email [email protected]. We reply to data-rights requests within 7 business days.

Marketing-site analytics

This marketing site (yumevo.com) may load Meta Pixel and Google Analytics tags to measure how visitors find us. These tags do not run inside the tenant dashboards and never see customer messages. Any pixel-collected data is governed by the respective vendor's privacy policy. The lead form's email field is not transmitted to either pixel.

Singapore PDPA & international transfers

Yumevo is operated from Singapore and the primary servers are in Singapore. We process personal data in line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Our sub-processors (Anthropic, Meta, GitHub, Cloudflare, Google) operate internationally; data necessarily transits to and is processed in their regions per their terms.

Changes to this policy

Material changes — new sub-processors, new data categories, retention changes — will be reflected here with an updated date and, for tenants, a courtesy email. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance.
